My typical customer would be a man (or woman) in their mid thirties who owns a bar in a college town ready to shake some stuff up. They would most likely be influencers for places like Top Tier. They feel like they are a lot younger than they actually are. I do not have too much in common with this person but I believe that I have a lot in common with his customers, keeping him interested with me. I think that his work is what he likes and what he spends most of his time doing so he will be on the lookout and up to date on what is going on in the younger community and students, if he was on a college campus. He would have a good income but put it all into appearances to get looks from the younger people that he is trying to attract to his business.
John,
ReplyDeleteThis was a very interesting post. I liked how you went into such great detail of what your prototypical customer is like. I find your description very interesting because it is very different type of customer than most people do. I also found it very interesting that you didn't model your customer off yourself. Most people do this because their product is so that they can solve an issue they have. This in turn makes themselves a customer, but you didn't do this it seems. I found that fact very interesting. This was a great post, good job.
